It is the season!
If like me, you have waited all year long with bated breath for the change in temperature and the changing colors of foliage, then Yes!!!
I love love Autumn. The temps, the colors are a photographer’s dream.Last year was my first time running Fall Mini Sessions and I got some of the sweetest families to grace my camera. It is always so wonderful to explore the different dynamics of different families and capture their joy and hope for the season. No matter the size of your family, a Fall Mini Session can be the perfect way to get professional family photos.I have had families as big as 8 and as small as 2 at my Fall Mini Sessions. I however greatly recommend a regular family session if your family is bigger than 6. More people means more time needed to get everyone looking great into the camera. I can tell you that for free. 🙂
Most families worry about the kids being too little for mini sessions but I have found that minis are perfect especially for the littlest of the littles who tire easily and would rather be sleeping or playing that have lights go off in their cute faces,
This year I have 5 families all set and ready to go for October 14th and October 28th and I am even more excited. I was only going to have shoot on one day but due to multiple requests, I opened up October 14th for a second mini session option. This year sessions will be held at Latta Nature Preserve near Huntersville and smack dab in the middle of the Charlotte area. If you have never been, then you are in for a treat. I encourage families to explore the preserve after their session and bond over the gorgeous lake views and if not yet closed, explore the Quest center with the little ones. The latter is such an educating and enjoyable experience for families of all ages.
If you are looking for an affordable option to regular family photo sessions, then Fall Mini Sessions are perfect. Not only are they at a discounted price but you are getting double the images I normally offer for a mini session. That alone should be enough to get you running for the sign up link. 😀
I also hope to have all the galleries edited and delivered by the first week of November leaving enough time for those that plan on using the photos for Christmas and Holiday Cards.
